Tommy Stapleton’s commitment to financial education stems from witnessing financial knowledge gaps within his own family, inspiring over 20 years of leadership in financial services. His comprehensive expertise spans mortgage lending, credit, banking, insurance, and securities, while his experience as a business owner provides valuable insight into developing customized wealth strategies for individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.

This passion led him to establish The Power of Brown Money, a FinTech venture providing targeted financial literacy education for minority communities.

Tommy holds extensive professional credentials, including FINRA securities registrations (Series 6, 7, 63, and 65) and multiple insurance licenses covering Life, Accident & Sickness, Property, Casualty, and Variable products. He earned his degree in Business Administration from Belhaven College in Jackson, Mississippi.

Tommy resides in Atlanta with his wife of 22 years and their teenage daughter. He enjoys cooking, volunteering at his daughter’s school and with Hosea Feed the Hungry, and supporting his daughter’s athletic pursuits.
